All athletes MUST have a sport physical.  Refer to the information below.  If physicals are not completed, you will not be allowed to participate in tryouts.  This will affect your eligibility in making the team.

 

The Annual Physical Clinic will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016 in the Romeo Medical Clinic for $30.00 per student (proceeds benefit Pitman HS Sports Medicine).  The clinic is located at 1801 Colorado Ave., Suite 120.

                   

FRESHMEN                       9:00 am – 10:00 am

SOPHOMORES                10:00 am – 11:00 am

JUNIORS/SENIORS         11:00 am – 12:00 pm

 

Pick up physical packet from the PHS office which must be filled out and signed by parent prior to this clinic.  If potential athletes do not attend this clinic, they MUST make an appointment with the PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN for a physical.

 

Completed physical packets can be turned in to the Athletic Trainer at the clinic or at Pitman High School Athletic Training Office between 8/1/16 – 8/5/16 Monday –Friday, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm

 

Deadline for ALL Fall Sports:  Friday, 8/5/16

Graduating class of 2016 can view their graduation images online at events.lifetouch.com 10 days after the ceremony.

 

Graduation DVD can be purchased for $20 in the Activities Office. They will be available for pick after the second week of July.

School Visitors

Parents/guardians and other guests of the district are welcome and encouraged to visit TUSD schools. Visitors must respect the learning environment however and maintain proper behavior and decorum. (EC 51512)

  • All visitors shall report to the office and “sign-in” to notify staff they are in the building or on school grounds.
  • The principal or designee shall provide a visible means of identification for all individuals who are not students or staff members while on school premises.
  • Visitors shall return to the office and “sign-out” before leaving the campus.

Disruption of the orderly process of the school is prohibited. In accordance with Penal Code 626.7, the principal or his/her designee is authorized to deny access, ban or bar future access, and remove or request the removal of any visitor whose behavior is disruptive to the educational/ working environment of the school.

 

Visitors to any of our campuses who have been denied access or who have been asked to leave may schedule an appointment to appeal to the Director of Student Services at (209) 667-0887 daily between the hours of 8 am and 4:30 pm.
